Generally that has been quite OK for me, the seafood place next door is supposed to be the best, but I can't eat seafood so don't know personally. I believe the Italian at FW is called Al Dente. Food - Foxwoods used to be OK if you knew what to stay away from, but since the expansion at Mohegan Sun, it's definitely MS.
Accomodations - definitely Foxwoods, where even Two Trees is a good room.
I consult at both locations - it depends on what you want.
